I added the option to pay shareware fees through Kagi Shareware because users outside of the U.S. wrote me, repeatedly, asking for it. I also recognized the need to open up registration options for credit card payments and other means offered by Kagi. This is a good service to users and to myself, since I don't have to set up handling for those types of payments.
If you are registering by check from within the United States, your registration will be processed faster by sending it to me directly.
I prefer that method. There is no need for a middleman in that type of transaction. I am also concerned that I receive feedback from your registration form, which I may not receive when you register through Kagi, unless you email comments to me.
